Upon arrival, the guests will be greeted with an elevated lobby experience with expansive views south over the lake and the entire Tahoe Basin. Guided by the steep terrain, the resort is planned to parallel the intimate feeling of a destination Alpine village and to take advantage of the spellbinding views. Resort guestrooms, suites, and residences are planned to feature incredible views of the lake which can be experienced fully by the guest due to the expansive floor to ceiling glazing. A primary goal of the hotel public spaces is to allow a natural visual connection and seamless flow between spaces, connecting people with nature year-round and allowing guests to engage and explore the resort through a series of indoor/outdoor experiences. Elevated amenity decks with pools emulate the natural terrain and set the resort into the hillside from one building to the next, adding to the layering of elements that resonate with the landscape of Lake Tahoe.

The entire resort has been crafted as an integrated village with great exposure for shops and restaurants to the North Lake arterial and glimpses into the active promenade with cafe eating, shops, and entertainment. In this way some of the hotel F&B as well as the spa and wellness address the village while nestled into and amongst the old growth pines. The project pays homage to the rich history of the Nevada state-line with an upscale and intimate 10,000 sf casino featuring gaming and top name entertainment as a gateway expression to a re-imagined district. Additional amenities consist of an extensive hotel spa and wellness amenity and medi-spa center featuring an outdoor terrace and direct connection to a resort pool.
